Being a product photographer, my husband interacts with many companies. At the end of any project, he sends out a customer satisfaction survey. Instead of using a common template for all the surveys, he prefers to create a survey around the product he had photographed.
Say, for instance, the product was some party props – so the survey should be colorful. Simply including images won’t always steal the show. At times, changing the font color to match the product or changing the background of the font would give an additional personal touch. But how can this be achieved using a survey software? QuestionPro is glad to introduce the upcoming WYSIWYG html editor feature, which meets all these needs.
What is WYSIWYG html editor? WYSIWYG html editor is an acronym for “What You See Is What You Get”. A traditional editor will require you to enter various codes or markups to meet the desired results. But using WYSIWYG editor, you can edit the text with a click of the mouse. Also, you would be able to see the changes in real-time in your survey!
