New Workforce Feature - Share Access To Workforce Projects With Your Team

Sharing is caring, everyone! To help with team collaborations on QuestionPro Workforce culture and people analytics platform, you now have the ability to share access to your Workforce projects with other team members who have sub-accounts.

Workforce admins can provide access to the following three options to sub-account users:
– Manage Workforce
– Edit Survey
– Analytics

As you can see in the image above, sub-account access an be limited to specific functions in order to delegate different roles among the team. Let’s break down each of these functions.

Manage Workforce

This will allow sub-account users to manage the employee roster. Sub-account user can add remove employees, define their custom fields, manage integration etc. This would be great for someone who will be in charge of updating and editing the employee roster. Sub-account user will not have the option to edit, send the survey and view the workforce analytics if only manage workforce is enabled.

To update access, login to Workforce, select Employees, and update ‘Setup’ options and apply a checkmark for ‘Manage Workforce.’

Edit Survey

Applying this checkmark will allow the sub-account user to manage the survey. Sub-account users can edit the survey and deploy the survey. Keep in mind, sub-account users will not have the option to manage Workforce and view the analytics if only edit survey is enabled.

To update access, login to Workforce, select Employees, and update ‘Setup’ options and apply a checkmark for ‘Edit Survey.’

Analytics

Applying this checkmark to a sub-account user will allow them to view the reports. Sub account user will not have the option to edit, send the survey and manage workforce if only analytics is enabled.

To update access, login to Workforce, select Employees, and update ‘Setup’ options and apply a checkmark for ‘Analytics.’
