Gartner, Inc. took into account the ability to execute and the completeness of vision as the criteria parameters in their most recent Magic Quadrant for VoC.
Gartner, Inc went on to say in the November 2021 publication, “(QuestionPro) is among the market leaders in terms of providing tools to project manage the identification of the root causes of problems, and then co-creation or ideation.”
This is not the first time Gartner has recognized QuestionPro CX. In 2020, QuestionPro CX was also named as a Niche Player in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Voice of the Customer study. Read more about that here.
