Detta \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt viktigt f\u00f6r e-handelsbranschen och nystartade f\u00f6retag, eftersom en stor del av deras framg\u00e5ng beror p\u00e5 delning p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet, rekommendationer och mun till mun.<\/p>\n

QuestionPro g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r f\u00f6retag att skapa NPS-unders\u00f6kningar och erbjuder \u00e4ven inbyggda integrationer som e-post, SMS, sociala medier och QR-koder f\u00f6r att maximera distributionen och kundr\u00e4ckvidden. (P\u00e5 en skala fr\u00e5n 0-10, d\u00e4r 10 \u00e4r det h\u00f6gsta NPS-v\u00e4rdet och 0 det l\u00e4gsta)<\/p>\n

1.) 9-10 :<\/strong> Kunderna f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas vara lojala och rekommendera varum\u00e4rket till v\u00e4nner och familj och kallas promotorer.<\/p>\n

2.) 7-8 :<\/strong> Kunderna \u00e4r ganska n\u00f6jda med varum\u00e4rket, men \u00e4r mycket mindre ben\u00e4gna att rekommendera det. Dessa kunder riskerar ocks\u00e5 att g\u00e5 f\u00f6rlorade till konkurrenterna.<\/p>\n

3.) 0-6 :<\/strong> \u00c4ven om detta \u00e4r en bred skala, \u00e4r dessa kunder inte n\u00f6jda med din produkt eller tj\u00e4nst och \u00e4r mycket ben\u00e4gna att g\u00e5 \u00f6ver till andra varum\u00e4rken.
