Communities
Clickable Carousels with re-ordering capability
We are providing the capability to the Admins/Moderators where they can make the customers click on certain banners and land them on the requisite pages. Furthermore, the Admins/Moderators can drag and drop the banners in order to change the priority of them being displayed.
We are redesigning the look and feel of the badge screen where in phase 1, we are giving a better view of the existing badges. Admin/Moderators can switch the view i.e. list view/grid view and can also edit the badges.
Workforce
We are adding a widget, Survey comparison which lets them add survey mapping of up to five surveys with easy comparison data. The widget data will be available in Excel and PDF reports.
We are updating the various notification prompts on the portal as per the new UX UI update.
The Single Question Widget streamlines employee experience surveys by presenting a single, focused question, optimizing engagement and response rates.
As part of the access update, we are updating the access rules for roles, so that admins can set up view and edit level access for various functions in each module.
Customer Experience
Previously, only 5 custom variables were available for notifications. Now, you have access to over 100 custom variables in the CX platform. The notifications screen will be redesigned to provide a clean and intuitive experience.
With these enhancements, there will be more flexibility and a smoother user experience when it comes to notifications.

Integrate Outerloop with the CX platform in terms of pricing and access control.
Email Engagement API enhancements
Adding filtering capabilities to the email engagement API.
API responses in account timezone
The API responses which were in the PST timezone for all users previously will now be in the user account timezone with this enhancement.
CX Reputation
Discover integration for Sentiment Analysis
With Discover, clients will have the ability to tailor sentiment analysis based on their industry, ensuring accurate and relevant categorization and topic identification.
