Survey
Shareable folders for the media library
We are adding folder support for media library files for easier management. Folders and files will also be shareable across the organization. This will help keep media files organized and consistent and avoid duplication of files in each account.
We are improving the user experience of the Teams functionality in order to provide a consistent experience across the entire platform.
Communities
We are revamping the user experience for Member Modules within Communities. The new UI will make it easier for users to navigate through and find similar features clubbed together under the left navigation panel.
We are enhancing the login experience for both the old and new login pages. Basically, we are limiting the number of unsuccessful login attempts made by the user. At maximum, the user is allowed to have 6 consecutive unsuccessful attempts and post that the user needs to reset the password in order to regain access to the community.
Workforce
We are enhancing the system by which workforce users will be able to integrate with various HRIS platforms which can update the roster in real-time or schedule based which can help in distributing the survey based on certain events (like onboarding, and exit) in real-time.
Customer Experience
With this feature, multiple push metrics reports scheduling along with manager selection will be supported. Additional schedulers like monthly, bi-weekly, quarterly, bi-monthly, etc will be provided. All the dashboard widgets will be available in the push metrics reports.
CX Reputation
Inclusion of more filters in exported dashboard
With this enhancement, the additional filters selected before downloading the dashboard will also be added to the exported file post-download.
